Whitening!!♥

Juz realise i become very tan tan edy..oh my gosh..it is really SHIT!!

Everyday walking through custom for AP. OP..These few days really hot and cant tahan with it..

After applying two weeks whitening lotion also cannot see much difference...=.=

Cuz whitening is slower than the sunlight exposing..

So..now I get ready for my whitening plan..duration: 2 weeks..after these two weeks n i will post the photos for before and after..u guys appreciate arh....

First Plan is using whitening lotion after bathing n before sleeping..

I bought Vaseline Healthy White Body Lotion..for whitening^^

This one I feel more comfortable when using it...

I will use the sunblock all the time..except zzzzz...
I always use the SUNPLAY sunblock
this one I have used for half year..really nice..
I f u are always has a long exposure under the sun then this is the most suitable for you...SPF 130 PA+++

i apply both...teehee..
U need to shake it before u spray on ur baby skin..got it?

To make my whitening task become more efficient n berkesan..

Consume sunscreen protection by oral...60 capsules a bottle..

I consume  1 capsule of HELIOCARE everyday to obtain more Vit C and it can prevent us become tanned although u exposed to sunlight...Whitening tablet for me!!After 1 bottle u can see the difference... Support!!

Now I put the photo of my hand to make the comparison for next two weeks...hehe

that is more fun in OP than AP..OMG..Dun let me think abt that day, i will get more upset with it...blah blah ..my teammates very very very stunt? cant be said like that...but i really dunno another adj word to explain abt this..They dun even want to move n take action when a game start or have a cheer..make everyone so sien..Luckily luckily!! i only need to attend one time in my life for this programme....FML....BUT the show was really impressive n awesome!! well done for the performers n backstage helper..include my darling^.^ love sia...
