the ways of Cutting down the weight!



Ya...Juz a week ago I said that i wanna slim down my body right? but if never eat less n exercise ,it wont be done within the target date..and my mummy told me that her fren's daughter loss 15 or 20 kg like tat in six months, awesome...now she become a slim gal edy...so envy~
Wad is the plan of the girl? wad she consume within this few months? How she do it?
I straight away ask my mum when she juz told me this...haha, so if u want to loss some weight can juz follow with these simple ways...

1. Say 'NO' to rice !
This is what her mother said..her daughter didnt eat any rice when she started her slimming plan and TILL NOW she still never eat the rice to maintain her body shape..Cuz the rice contain carbohydrate and we consume more than the limit, it wont juz give us energy but the fat will be given, especially the most famous ---Belly fat!
So, she just cut down all the rice and sometime consume noodles and vermicelli which can provide carbohyrate too but less...Even she din exercise daily she oso can loss her weight by juz consuming less carbohydrate..

2. Drink Oats in Sugar- FREE
The breakfast can be the oats drink. What it means sugar - FREE..? haha..Try to use the hot water to make the oats and without any sugar or condensed milk...Make the oats drink just Plain~~
Why cannot add any sugar or milk? It is because eat more sugar will affect the glucose level in our body n try to eat less and less...although the oat will be tasted no gud when plain...yuck~i oso dun like, but need to continue with tis..cuz the oats can lower the cholesterol level, lower the risk of getting high blood pressure and stroke... and it makes the 'full' feel of stomach, it is quite suitable for ur daddy mummy but u can have it too..
But I really suggest that u can juz make the oat at night before u sleeping and having it tomoro when u wake up can  and it will be cold that time, nicer..Do try it! ^.^

3. Vegetables
Yaya..the 1st point said that try not eat rice rite? If din eat rice then how ur lunch n dinner be? haha..so why is this point neccesssary...
When having lunch or dinner, dun eat rice by replacing it with vegetables..eat more vege to make ur body function better..
I am sure everyone will know that wad is the benefit of the vege right?
- Avoid constipation
omg, the aim muz be me...I having constipation many years edy, still got sometime only putput once a week..Can u imagine that? wad is the condition in your stomach n intestines when constipation happens? Terrible..
It make u pop out many pimples and acnes..How the bump holes form ?and how the abscess treated ur face? Next time only tell u... Back to the topic first..
- Have a fairer, smoother skin
the vege can treat ur face nicer compared to meat...dun eat too much meat and actually one day we juz need the amount of meat like the size of a little hotdog ..juz tis...but i think we all will sure consume more...>.<

4. Fruits
Want to slim the body and having a baby skin oso need to be health..so,consume fruits more...
But!
When the fruits can be eaten? Before dinner or after?err....
Actually is before dinner...Because only eat fruit b4 dinner, ur intestine can get the nutrients from the fruits almost fully absorb...if after the dinner juz straight away have the fruits, the nutrients will loss because it is processing for wad u eat when dinner..
So, if u want to consume more Vitamin C for ur baby skin, may drink more orange juice but hand-made..
*Vitamin C will loss after 5-8 minutes and if shaking the container it will loss faster..so do u think the tin of orange juice selling at outside still having Vitamin C naturally? is NO..so want the Vitamin C, u can juz squeeze the orange by urself and get the juice fresh one...
And sometime i juz make fruit as my lunch...especially bananas..it can provide energy oso...wun get tired easily..

5. Water
Sure, water is the most important...
drink more water can  make the metabolism better ..drink 2 litres a day is enough..but i always juz have 1.5 litres..cant make it more...haiz..muz keep it up to it...

6. Exercise regularly
Exercise maybe hard for somebody, but actually it is needed when u want become thin n slim...
Dun force urself to do the exercise daily but regularly, like two or three times a week..one time juz one hour or more...
for eg. can juz playing badminton, jogging, etc...
if sweating is better...
i am sure that if my darling saw this, he will juz snatch me for exercising!! Poor thing lah me~

7. Set a target

Just set a target like when u want reach the final weight...like me, I want to become 47-48 kg, so i need to loss 2 kg weight from now...if reach then juz need to maintain but not going to loss anymore..
Another is who is ur target person? ur idol, artist..all can but One! always looking the photo to push u up n wont give up easily..can keep u continue on it! Mine is 周伟童!
The duration for this plan...one month or two months or half a year..depends on u..
Next, what u will do when u reach ur goal? Give urself a reward...hahaha...,for me.I will go shopping shopping after all these hard days..

Erm...all these I have juz written out, and i will undergo this plan from today...my mummy started today night din cook rice for me le...>.< after i achieve my target weight only eat little...So, dun make me desire for rice hor...i will determine and insist on it...
